A list of some of the Rees family most liked! Of course, not all of us liked everything, so there is also a list of the Rees family least liked! (In parentheses, I have put the name or names of those who disliked that food.)

How many remember how much dad liked augrauten pototoes and ham? .... Imagine Mom's surprise when he announced after 40 years of marriage that he really didn't care for it. It was funny... well i guess you had to be there. Mom was speechless.
I didn't know that! Clearly I had left home by the time that happened.
I remember that he wouldn't (couldn't?) eat rice and fish together. Mom told me it was because when he was in the army during World War II he had to live with the Philipino people while separated from his unit. He ate fish heads and rice so much that he couldn't stand it ever after!
Mom was an incredible cook. There may be some that do not know that before she was married she would cook for the "ritzy folks" on the hill when they had parties.
Maybe to add to the list....I think my one of my favorites was mom's swiss steak... sure wish I had that recipie. I know one of Craig's was her cinnamon rolls.
I did love those cinamon rolls. Thinking about them makes me want to have some right now!
By the way who said we didn't like sour kraut... I like it and Matt likes it. Come on now dogs and kraut!!!
OK - I'll confess. I don't like sauerkraut. I remember being told that one time when I was very little I ate hot dogs, sauerkraut, and drank quite a bit of milk. The result? I threw everything up. I haven't been able to eat sauerkraut to this day!
I knew that there were a few that liked the kraut... but it was never me... and never will be.
yes, definately like sourkraut, sometimes i'll open a jar and just eat it by itself.
