Only one

So I feel kinda silly but I want to contribute and show my support, so I thought I would share the one memory I do have of grandma and grandpa Rees. I didn't have the privilege that many of the grandkids did of getting to know them very well. I lived in California most of my life which meant my only opportunities to get to know them were family reunions, which to my recollection usually included a weenie roast. I remember one summer having a weenie roast at grandma and grandpa's farm. The day was filled with lots of fun, with hayrides and etc. that night I walked into the house to find a crowd grandma and grandpa, they were dancing. I have been told they used to dance quite often but hadn't done so in a long time. This was the only time I had ever seen them dance, but I remember thinking it was beautiful and sweet.

Fantastic memory! I didn't get to many of the family reunions, but I remember Mom and Dad dancing when I was younger. They loved to dance, and to see them was a treat for me. I remember going to Gold and Green Balls with them.

Wow, I did not remember having a winnie roast that year. I say that because the reunion that was held at the farm Dad actually cooked chicken in the Dutch Oven like he used to do when we were young. Someone help me out here. Did we do both?
